Sales Funnel Mastery – From First Contact to Closing the Deal

Duration: 3,5 hours

Target audience: sales teams, business development reps, and entrepreneurs new to structured sales processes.

Objectives:

  • Learn to map a sales funnel
  • Be able to identify bottlenecks
  • Implement tactics to move prospects from awareness to conversion

KPI for organization after following the module: increase close rate by 10 %.

Outline:

Hour 1: Introduction to the sales funnel and discuss common funnel models (AIDA, TOFU – MOFU – BOFU). Interactive exercise where current funnel is sketched and leaks are identified.

Hour 2: Tactics to cover the different stages of the funnel. We’ll cover how to qualify leads, develop nurturing strategies (e.g., email sequences) and how to use conversion tools like demos and proposals.

Hour 3: Discussion on metrics and how to track KPIS (conversion rates, velocity). Group discussion on real-world examples.

After this workshop, attendees should be able to develop their own funnel templates, work through different stages of a sales funnel independently and use follow-up resources like CRM systems to track leads and deals.

Strategic Go-to-Market Planning for Founders & Leaders

Duration: 4 hours

Target audience: founders, CEOs, and decision makers (DMUs) in charge of launching products and services.

Objectives:

  • Equip leaders with a framework to build a scalable GTM strategy
  • Provide insights on how to align marketing, sales & operations

Outline:

Hour 1: Foundations of the GTM strategy. Overview of the key components (market analysis, buyer personas, value proposition) and discussion of prominent case studies.

Hour 2: Channel and positioning strategies. We’ll discuss how you select the channels based on your buyer personas and ICP. Further, there will be a deep dive on pricing models and messaging. You’ll learn how to carry out a competitive analysis and create differentiators in the market.

Hour 3: Interactive session in which each participant will try to build a GTM roadmap with timelines, budgets and metrics (as discussed in the first two hours). Participants will need to discuss things like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Hour 4: Group discussion on the outcome of the previous exercise. There will also be a short theoretical wrap-up in which we’ll discuss risk assessment and tools for ongoing refinement.

After this workshop, participants are expected to know core concepts in the GTM-sphere and will also have received practical frameworks and tools to develop a strategy workbook and launch plan outline to apply to their own business.

Advanced Lead Generation and Prospecting Techniques

Duration: 3 hours

Target audience: sales professionals focused on new business development.

Objectives:

  • Learn how to automate prospecting.
  • Teach proven methods to generate leads across multi-touch campaigns.

Outline:

Hour 1: Crafting compelling outreach. Interactive hour in which we’ll discuss different styles and allow a moment to address personalization techniques, A/B testing messages and compliance (e.g., GDPR).

Hour 2: Modern Lead Generation Channels. Kicking-off the second hour with an overview of inbound vs outbound tactics. A few tools will be discussed in more detail (HubSpot, Linkedin Sales Navigator). Hour will be closed with an individual audit on the current lead sources.

Hour 3: Automation and Scaling. We’ll build further on the previous hour with tools for lead scoring and nurturing. Examples will be given of metrics for tracking and optimization.

After this workshop, sales professionals who focus on new business development should be up to date with the latest trends in lead generation and prospecting. They should also understand the value of multi-channel and multi-touch outreach campaigns.
